Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple
  • ½ frozen banana
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • Stevia optional
  • ½ tsp ginger optional

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

Notes

If you don't like bananas, use dates as a natural sweetener. For an anti-inflammatory boost, add fresh ginger.
