Dr. Su-Nui Escobar, DCN, RDN

As a woman who always strives to live her best life, I am committed to support women as they go through a new phase in their lives, peri and menopause.  A change that starts as early as the mid-thirties or as late as the early fifties. My goal is to help you thrive physically, mentally and emotionally.

Together, we can tackle many of the symptoms that decrease the quality of your life: weight gain, fatigue, depression, and more. We do this through carefully nutrition and lifestyle changes.

I am Su-Nui Escobar, doctor in clinical nutrition and registered dietitian/nutritionist. In 2020, I received the Greater South Florida Dietitian award by the South Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. As an expert in my field, I teach nutrition at Nova Southeastern University-Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine

Furthermore, I love helping people to live a more fulfilling and healthy lifestyle and enjoy developing healthful recipes and tips. My recipes and advice have been featured in dozens of cooking segments in popular Hispanic television morning shows.

In my time off, I love running and have completed dozens of half-marathons and trial races. I also enjoy traveling and have taken cooking classes around the world. However, what I love the most is to spend time with my  little boy.
