Welcome! I’m Su-Nui, your menopause nutritionist.

I’m a Registered Dietitian and Doctor in Clinical Nutrition. I am committed to supporting women as they go through a new phase in their lives, the transition to menopause.

My focus is to help you lose weight by making changes that work well for your health and lifestyle.  

We will also tackle many of the symptoms that impact weight and decrease the quality of your life: gut health, sleep issues, and mental wellness. We do this through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
