Welcome! I’m Su-Nui, your menopause nutritionist.

I’m a Registered Dietitian and Doctor in Clinical Nutrition. I am committed to supporting women as they go through a new phase in their lives, the transition to menopause. My goal is to help you thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Together, we can tackle many of the symptoms that decrease the quality of your life: weight gain, hot flashes, gut health, sleep issues, and mental wellness. We do this through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
