About Dr. Su-Nui Escobar, DCN, RDN, FAND
As a woman who always strives to live her best life, I am committed to supporting women as they go through a new phase in their lives, menopause. My goal is to help you thrive physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Together, we can tackle many of the symptoms that decrease the quality of your life: weight gain, hot flashes, gut health, sleep issues, and mental wellness. We do this through nutrition and lifestyle changes.
I am Su-Nui Escobar, a doctor in clinical nutrition and registered dietitian/nutritionist. In 2020, I received the Greater South Florida Dietitian award from the South Florida Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
I love helping people to live a more fulfilling and healthy lifestyle and enjoy developing healthful recipes and tips. My recipes and advice have been featured in dozens of cooking segments on popular Hispanic television morning shows. I am also a cookbook author.
As an expert in my field, I taught nutrition at Nova Southeastern University-Dr. Kiran C. Patel College of Osteopathic Medicine, and I am a former spokesperson for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Now, let me share who I am as a person
- In my time off, I love running and have completed dozens of half-marathons and trail races. My favorite half marathon was in Page, Arizona.
- I also enjoy traveling and have taken cooking classes around the world. My favorite cooking class was in a charming little restaurant in Istanbul.
- I live in one of the most popular vacation cities, Miami, FL. I love outdoor activities such as going to the beach and kayaking or a simple walk by the water.
- But what I love the most is spending time with my little boy.
- I am a first I am a first-generation Latina born and raised in Mexico. In our culture, mindful eating and natural remedies are deeply rooted in our daily life.
